CASE STUDY
A real storefront on a sovereign cluster
shop.3lumo.com is a production e-commerce business — and our proof that sovereign infrastructure can be modern, fast, and fully operable.
What we built
A complete commerce flow — browse → cart → Stripe checkout → order → confirmation email — built as Go microservices behind a Next.js storefront, deployed declaratively via ArgoCD onto our own single-node Kubernetes cluster. No hyperscaler; the data and the stack stay under our control.
The stack
- Next.js storefront + Go microservices
- Kubernetes (k3s) + ArgoCD GitOps
- Traefik + cert-manager (TLS)
- PostgreSQL + Redis
- ESO / Vault secrets
- Prometheus + Grafana + OpenTelemetry
Why it matters
This one project validates both sides of Lumo Tech: the productized Storefront offer for SMBs, and the enterprise Sovereign, Platform, and Observetracks. We don't demo slideware — we operate it.
